With 85 acres for clan tents and festivities, this year's Virginia Scottish Games had plenty of room and plenty to do. Maxwells and Pollocks shared a tent at the games, a system which worked well and will be repeated at future events in the Chesapeake Area. With the historical connections between the two families, it was a natural, easy, and productive collaboration as borne out by busy traffic at the tent all through the weekend

The combined MaxwellPollock tent provided welcome shade from the summer heat and was a popular gathering spot for Maxwells and allied family members throughout the games.
